Although I’ve never been one to throw myself into decorating for Valentine’s Day (I’m as feminine as the next woman but the combination of pink, red, lace, and hearts is generally just too precious for me) I’m making a bit of an exception this year. Thanks to Pinterest I’ve fully embraced the concept of making a new door wreath for every season/holiday (here are my fall and Christmas efforts) and after seeing so many inspirational pins I decided to overcome my Valentine decorating reluctance and make a love themed wreath.
I’m so pleased with the balance of masculine gray with feminine pink. I’m thinking of taking the banner off and leaving it up even after the fourteenth!

What about you? Do you jump head-first into Valentine’s Day decorating, or do you, like me, have an aversion to pink hearts?
